PARKING INFORMATION

DRIVING DIRECTIONS -- We strongly recommend you use this information and not what GPS systems may indicate as those systems may not have street closure information:

FROM DTW AIRPORT TO TCF CENTER (WHERE NIIC IS HELD)

  • I-94 east toward Detroit to I-75 south (I don't know the exact distance but it's about 17 miles from airport to I-75 along I-94).

  • After just one mile on I-75, go straight on to I-375.

  • I-375 is just a short half mile spur when it curves to the right on to westbound Jefferson into the heart of downtown.

  • Stay on westbound Jefferson...see TCF Center straight ahead.

  • Be careful just past Woodward to stay all the way to the right to stay on Jefferson, otherwise the left lanes become the Lodge Freeway, and you don't want to go there.

  • At the end of Jefferson at Washington Blvd, you'll be facing TCF Center.  Cross Washington Blvd. straight to the parking ramp to access the Washington Blvd. garage.

FROM DTW AIRPORT TO THE DETROIT MARRIOTT @ THE RENAISSANCE CENTER

  • I-94 east toward Detroit to

  • I-75 south (I don't know the exact distance but it's about 17 miles from airport to I-75 along I-94).

  • After just one mile on I-75, go straight on to I-375.

  • I-375 is just a short half mile spur when it curves to the right on to westbound Jefferson into the heart of downtown where at the first stop light, turn left on to Beaubien Street.

  • On Beaubien, one of the Marriott garages is to the left.

  • To get to the motor lobby (the entrance where cars can approach), take Beaubien to where it dead ends at Atwater, right on Atwater, then right on Renaissance Drive.
