Hosted and curated by Detroit’s renowned Concert of Colors world music festival, this special one-night-only performance will showcase some of the world’s (and Detroit’s) leading artists who have helped burst barriers and build cultural bridges.

Featured artists are:

LAS CAFETERAS, a genre-bending, electric Chicano band that fuses Son Jarocho, Afro-Mexican music and zapateado dancing and lyrically rich storytelling to share the hidden stories of migrant life in Los Angeles;

SALADIN AHMED, an acclaimed Arab American author and story-teller and star of the Marvel comics universe; and the

PATHE JASSI AND SEAN BLACKMAN TRIO, which blends Senegalese, Afro/Jazz, Armenian, Brazilian and Flamenco musical styles with Detroit Jazz.

Don't miss it! First come, first seated! Stay tuned for additional details.
