Katherine Gebremedhin
Katherine Gebremedhin is the Director of State and Local Initiatives at WES Global Talent Bridge. She is responsible for developing and strengthening partnerships, and collaborating on programmatic initiatives at the state and local level that work to help immigrants successfully integrate into academic and professional settings. Katherine currently leads the WES Global Talent Bridge Skilled Immigrant Integration Program (SIIP), which convenes 16 multisector groups across the U.S. in a community of practice aimed at expanding state and local skilled immigrant integration efforts. Before joining WES Global Talent Bridge, Katherine worked in various capacities in the refugee resettlement sector.
