Norma Jimenez (she/her/hers | Ella) is a Specialist for Latinx leadership and engagement within the Strategic Partnership team at Planned Parenthood Federation of America. She has been on the frontlines fighting to take down the barriers and build healthier Latinx communities since her days volunteering for Planned Parenthood Arizona (PPAZ) during Obamacare’s open enrollment in 2014, where she led the way creating an engaged volunteer network as a fearless advocate. Norma joined the Planned Parenthood Arizona team as a RAIZ organizer amidst the 2016 elections, while also being instrumental in the grassroots effort that unseated AZ's infamous Sheriff Arpaio.
