Chris Keeley
Chris Keeley functions as chief of staff for the General Counsel at NYC Health + Hospitals, the country's largest public hospital system. He leads the system's response to public charge and is on the leadership team launching NYC Care, which provides health access to New Yorkers ineligible for or who can’t afford health coverage. Previously, Chris was a healthcare operations leader in the NYC Mayor's Office and at the country’s largest COOP health plan created under the ACA, and was a community organizer for 10 years before focusing his work on immigrant rights and healthcare access.
