Rodolfo Medina
Rodolfo Medina is the President of Second Federal, a division of Self-Help Federal Credit Union, a full service, member-owned Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). Medina manages all operations as well as consumer and mortgage lending for Second Federal both in Chicago and Milwaukee. Medina’s experience in the finance sector stretches for over 15 years, where he has worked as a Retail Bank Manager and as a Mortgage Origination Manager.
His civic engagement includes serving on the board of ICDI, Catholic Charities Advisory Board, TRP Funding and Boys and Girls Club. He obtained a BA from Northeastern Illinois University.
