Tania Morris Díaz is the Detroit Front Door Staff Attorney with the Michigan Immigrant Rights Center (MIRC) Washtenaw office focusing on humanitarian cases and removal defense for detained migrants. She currently serves on the Board of the Immigration Law Section of the Michigan State Bar and is a member of the MI-AILA ICE Committee. Tania received her B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Latin American Studies at the University of South Alabama. She pursued an M.A. in Political and Social Sciences at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico and received her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
