Sanjita Pradhan
Sanjita Pradhan is Program Director of Talent Development and Diversity and Inclusion at the Greater Des Moines Partnership, where she helps immigrants navigate the American workplace and educates employers about working with international talent, removing stereotypes, and understanding legal requirements. Previously, Sanjita has worked as a Resettlement Director helping with refugee resettlement and family reunifications; as the Director of the Office of Asian and Pacific Islander Affairs at the Iowa Department of Human Rights; and on the Commission of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders at the White House Initiative on Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, appointed by President Obama in 2015.
