Rosario Palacios
Maria del Rosario Palacios is a multilingual immigrant community organizer, a published author, and a tech strategist. Rosario graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Finance, where she also studied for a master’s degree in public administration. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the ACLU of Georgia, the Georgia Budget Policy Institute (GBPI,) and the Interactive College of Technology. She is a Chapter Director in Atlanta for Techqueria. Maria del Rosario has over 16 years of experience in public policy and public speaking skills.
