Sarah Seniuk

Sarah is an advocate and coalition builder based on the West Coast, passionate about liberatory organizing. As Director of Engagement for Rainbow Railroad, they lead community mobilization efforts, supporting the development of queer and queer-allied Communities of Care to welcome LGBTQIA+ newcomers. Previously, Sarah served as Director of Advocacy and Communications at Refugee Council USA (RCUSA), where they launched key equity initiatives, including the Antiracism Working Group and efforts to address LGBTQI+ migrant issues. Sarah holds an MA in Ethics, Peace, and Global Affairs from American University, focusing on human rights and social justice, and a BA in Ancient Studies from Eckerd College, with concentrations in Anthropology and Religious Studies.
