Rachel Brown
Rachel Brown is the Founder and Executive Director of Over Zero. Any number over zero cannot be divided, and Over Zero supports societies to resist division and create long-term resilience to identity-based conflict through trainings, strategy advising, piloting and testing new approaches, and interdisciplinary research. She has also provided trainings and strategy support to organizations and programs in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Africa. Prior to Over Zero, Rachel founded and led Sisi ni Amani-Kenya (SNA-K), an organization that pioneered new strategies to build local capacity for election-related violence prevention and civic engagement in Kenya.
