Cathy Duvall is the lead consultant to the Redistricting Reform Project at New Venture Fund. Her focus is to build a more collaborative funding space on a range of redistricting projects, strengthen existing coalitions, and provide strategic advice to state redistricting efforts. She is working with state and national organizations to define strategies, to identify opportunities and gaps for the redistricting reform efforts and litigation, to secure data and technical support, and to build out the broad engagement necessary to create more fair representation in the 2021 redistricting cycle.
