Catalina Rodriguez Lima
Catalina Rodriguez Lima is the Director of the Mayor’s Office of Immigrant Affairs (MIMA) in Baltimore City. The office, which she spearheaded creating in 2014, oversees the city’s compliance with federal regulations related to serving the Limited English Proficient (LEP) constituency and staffs numerous boards and coalitions. In 2017, Catalina was named “Best Baltimorean” by Baltimore Magazine for her efforts in establishing a Legal Fund to protect immigrant communities from deportation. Catalina holds a B.A. from Towson University and is currently pursuing an M.A. in Global Affairs and Human Security at the University of Baltimore.
