José-Arnulfo Cabrera
José-Arnulfo Cabrera was born in a small village in Mexico and grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. In the seventh grade, he started sharing his immigration story and how policies like the DREAM Act would create a pathway to citizenship for his friends and himself. For almost ten years, Cabrera has organized and advocated for undocumented immigrants and pro-immigration policy. Today, he serves as the Deputy Director of National Policy and Campaigns at the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights (CHIRLA), where he leads the All in for Registry Campaign. A national campaign that will create a permanent pathway to citizenship for 8 million undocumented immigrants.
