Ann Garcia
Ann Garcia is an attorney with the National Immigration Project. Ann's work is focused on litigation and advocacy on a range of immigration enforcement issues. She has worked closely with families harmed by the Trump administration's family separation policy, and is an expert in post-deportation return representation and advocacy. They are particularly interested in representing climate-impacted migrants and assisting immigrant workers. Their work with climate migrants took them to Matamoros in the summer of 2023 to begin work with a group of Miskito asylum seekers. A project to assist this group in seeking asylum is ongoing.
