Diana Saguilan
Diana Saguilan is the Deputy Campaign Director for Trabajadores Agricolas Unidos NY, an initiative of UFCW/RWDSU. Diana began her journey in the labor movement as a Union Summer intern with UFCW and AFL-CIO in 2001. Diana earned a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Bard College. Shortly afterward, she joined the Worker Rights Law Center of New York (now known as the Worker Justice Center of New York) where she held various roles and eventually rose to Interim Executive Director. Diana has dedicated over 17 years to outreach, community education, and legal services for marginalized communities in upstate New York. In her current role as a labor leader, she continues to organize, educate, and protect workers' rights across New York State, with a focus on immigrant and farmworker issues.
